Lambeth & Balham Gymnastics Academy is proud to offer Adult Gymnastics classes designed for all abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine existing skills, our sessions cater to every level of experience. Participants will have the opportunity to develop a range of gymnastics fundamentals, including flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and core techniques such as handstands, cartwheels and tumbling. Our adult classes provide a fun and encouraging space to progress at your own space! Enjoy one of our programmes with other adults in London interested in gymnastics.
